How do I find the right fit for my Dockers® khakis?
We offer a variety of fits from Skinny and Slim to Straight and Athletic. Please refer to our comprehensive Size Guide on each product page to compare waist, seat, and thigh measurements for your perfect silhouette.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Simply use the prepaid return label included in your shipment or generate one through our online Return Portal.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer Expedited (2 business days) and Overnight shipping options for an additional fee. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Does Dockers® offer sustainable products?
Yes, through our Water<Less® techniques and the use of recycled materials and organic cotton, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact while maintaining the high quality and durability you expect.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. You have a very narrow window (usually 30-60 minutes) to cancel an order. After that, we recommend waiting for the delivery and then initiating a free return.
